6.2 All transactions are solely between buyers and sellers, or renters and those renting out vehicles.
6.3 We are not responsible for the condition of any vehicle, the accuracy of any listing, or the performance of any buyer, seller, renter, or those renting out vehicles.
6.4 We may provide tools to facilitate transactions, such as payment processing services. However, we are not responsible for the security or reliability of these services.

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitragem, Conciliação e Mediação (CACM). The venue of any such arbitration shall be Maputo, Mozambique.
12.3 If arbitration is not available, any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Mozambique.
12.4 You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and arbitration bodies within Mozambique.
13. Termination
13.1 We may terminate your access to our Services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, including if you violate these Terms.
13.2 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
13.3 Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
13.4 The provisions of Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 shall survive any termination of these Terms.
